"Keep Austin Weird" I read as I looked at airport T-shirts on my way back to Iowa. Weird? Nope. More like awesome.
Besides Sandra Bullock, Austin is home to tons of live music, food truck trailer parks (let's just say it's not your typical carnival food), and one of the best food scenes I've ever experienced. It's my kind of city because you can basically wear sweat pants anywhere--including nice restaurants.
Combine that with awesome family time and you have yourself one. Texas. trip.
