Wow! I can't believe it's been so long since the last post! Matthew and I are getting settled back in from the recent adventure we went on throughout the Midwest. Looking back, I'd have to say that it was the perfect fall trip. We spent some time in the city (Minneapolis) and also got to check out the beautiful changing trees and rolling hills throughout Minnesota and Wisconsin. We ended the trip with a stop in Gays Mills, WI which is famous in Iowa for fruitful apple orchards.

Along the way we celebrated THREE months of being married. I still can't believe it. God has done so much in these three months and Matthew and I are both so thankful for His blessings. Upon reflecting on married life, Matthew and I decided to come up with things that we've learned about each other since being married. Matthew mentioned that we'd known each other for quite some time before getting married and I agreed. Was there really anything new we could have learned? Well, here's our conclusion:
Matthew: "Well, you are neater than I thought you'd be..."
Caroline: "Hmm. Thanks? I didn't realize how much you misplace things."
Matthew: "HA! You didn't know that? Sometimes I'll place things down where I think they should go so that I remember them. I've put the remote in the fridge before..."
We both giggled not realizing that we would soon be searching for the remote under an obviously not-so-obvious computer bag.
