Fun Food Friday

Tonight Chef Peterson brought another culinary masterpiece to our kitchen!  Sweet potato fries served as the appetizer with a sweet cinnamon sour cream for dipping. The entree was a Scottish salmon fillet, grilled alongside a mix of delectable vegetables.

Not pictured are the mosquitoes that semi infested our apartment while opening and closing the door to grill...hello insects...I would rather say goodbye.
