We went to see Jon Foreman, who just-so-happens to be the lead singer of Switchfoot. (We learned that he's also part of Fiction Family as well.) He was probably the most interactive artist I've ever seen--the venue made it easy, I guess. After an audience vote, he agreed to a four song encore HA!
Who knew Fort Worth had venues like this? Picture a cozy lounge with a small crowd and a fun rooftop restaurant with twinkle lights in the trees. Fortunately, Matthew and I tried the rooftop restaurant/bar before the show since we couldn't pass up their beer selection. Texas beer is definitely growing on us.
My favorite song of the night? The last one. It always is isn't it?
